Kings of Post-Meltdown Wall Street

Top 25 Firms - Post Meltdown Wall Street

As the dust settles on Wall Street and global financial firms show increasing signs of growth and stability, which firms are best positioned to take advantage of the new financial landscape?

This exclusive ranking attempts to answer this question from multiple new angles... beyond the balance sheet and stock results.  Armed with detailed information and analysis provided by the very employees working within the walls of these firms, we were able to build a more comprehensive comparative analysis.

With the help of 30,000 user replies to company reviews and salary postings, Finbox was able to review the insider perspective of 1,500 of the largest financial services firm with offices in the United States.   These firms were evaluated based on a point system where each of the following criteria were given a weight value which, when combined, total a highest possible rating of 100.

The 25 firms to emerge at the top of the ranking were most successful when being evaluated based on the following 6 criteria:

*   Financial Stability
*   Leadership & Management
*   Profitability & Recent Performance
*   Future Competitive Viability & Performance
*   Ethical Practices
*   Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Salary vs. Sector

Surprisingly, the 25 firms to top this ranking come from various industry sectors and are of varying size.  Furthermore, the firms represent diversity in other areas including assets under management and geographic location.
