Global Equity & Equity-Related Year End 2010

This ranking lists the top 20 global financial firms for Global Equity & Equity-Related for the year of 2010.

With a slight increase in market share, Morgan Stanley led all equity capital markets underwriters for full year 2010 with US$80.7 billion in proceeds from 322 issues, up from third place last year. Goldman Sachs remained in second place, with US$66.4 billion in proceed from 240 issues. The composition of the top five global equity underwriters remained unchanged from last year, despite a collective loss of 5.6 market share points.
