Global Equity & Equity - Related, First Half 2010

Strongest Opening Half Year For IPOS Since 2007:
 
For the first half of 2010, global IPO volume totaled US$93.9 billion, a marked increase over the first half of 2009 when issuance totaled just US$13 billion. Issuers from the emerging market have raised US$49 billion this year, accounting for 52% of IPO volume thisyear. New listings from Chinese companies account for 36% of global IPO volume this year.
