Global Debt, Equity & Equity-Related Year End 2010

This ranking lists the Top 20 Global Financial Firms based on revenue in Debt, Equity and Equity-Related as of January 1st, 2010 - December 31st, 2010.

Equity capital markets activity totaled US$854.2 billion during full year 2010, a 2% decrease from the comparable period in 2009. Bolstered by the record-breaking capital raising from General Motors ($23.1 billion) and the initial public offering of Hong Kong's American International Assurance Group (US$20.5 billion) the fourth quarter of 2010 marks the largest three-month period for global equity capital markets activity, by proceeds, since records began in 1980.
