We believe this mission will be achieved through the comprehensive organization and presentation of existing information garnered from directly within the community.  The most beneficial Intelligence lives within each member who has information or insights to share, such as: a niche expertise, an anonymous salary or review,  a job opening or career insight, relevant news or industry events, information about their company, competition, culture, position, and financial sector.  We believe that collectively this information, when combined with an intellectual and selective research process and a user friendly presentation, can provide a powerful tool for industry-wide open-access.  
We believe that this mission is worthy of our passionate efforts because of the ever increasing necessity for all-inclusive openness in an industry which has been historically fragmented.
