The people who want to work there must love consultancy and aspire to become manager in 5-10 years.

"When I first got in KPMG, I had a one month training in which I was basically free to do my own schedule. After you get a project, there may be times when you don't have much work and times when you need to do overtime during the weekend. As Junior Consultant I had to search for data and it was very demotivating. I learned a lot but I don't think it was worth it, considering my salary and benefits were an insult,"
