"In my experience over the last several years JLL's management likes to intimidate their employees. They constantly remind you, how lucky you are to have a job even though as a sales associate you are the one making them money.It seems that they believe they should get approximately 90% of the commissions and you get 10% or less. They have a lack of respect for their Human Capital on the sales level, Their bonus compensation changes mid stream depending upon how much upper management wants to keep, subjectively rewarding employees on top management whims. They seem to be out buying companies in the 3rd quarter of the yr posting income in the 4th quarter which I'm sure affects the top management bonuses.One must remember that JLL is a 3rd party asset management company and in this industry most management contracts have a 30 day cancellation so what is JLL really buying? Income for 30-60 days. In my opinion my instincts tell me that the Retail arm of JLL has a 3-5 yr plan of buy and then the top management will cash out and move on. Many of their VP/Directors are young employees (25-32)without any management training which creates issues with the seasoned employees because the younger employees don't have the experience in "life" to know how to treat or manage the seasoned employees, yet it's the seasoned employees who are bringing in the income. "
